Perfectly plaid...
A pretty plaid in red, green, blue, golden yellow, black, and white, paired with a black knit top, makes our doll jumper a winter fashion statement for your little girl's favorite doll. In a style reminscent of a schoolgirl's jumper, the classic plaid is as cheerful as it is cute. Two black buttons accent the bodice, and tie the black of the shirt neatly to the black in the plaid. The three-quarter sleeves and banded collar of the knit top mimic a little girl's shirt, and add dash of style to an otherwise simple ensemble. All that this little doll's outfit needs now is an invitation to a Christmas party!

Christmas is really, oh so much more...
After playing around with red and green items in the treasury while listening to Francesca Battistelli's new Christmas lyric videos, this is the result! Christmas is coming up quickly, and we don't want to miss the opportunity to showcase more of our favorite new finds.
Christmas is music and family in town Christmas is Snoopy and Charlie Brown It's anticipating that snows going to fall And praying for someplace to park at the mall... Christmas is all of these fun things for sure But, Christmas is really, oh so much more It’s good news of hope for the whole world to because Christmas is Jesus

Holiday Cheer
What makes the perfect accompaniment to a hot cup of cocoa on a cool December day? Why, a spritz cookie, of course. Light and crispy, buttery and sweet, with just a dash of crunchy sugar or colorful sprinkles top, these are the cookies that impromptu Christmas parties should be made of. Start with a simple dough and use a cookie press to fashion a variety of adorable shapes. For our own Christmas spritz cookies, we choose to divide the cookie dough in half, coloring one part bright green and leaving the remainder its natural creamy color. The green trees we decorated with red sprinkles, like so many Christmas ornaments, while the cream trees received a sprinkle of gourmet sugar, reminiscent of freshly fallen snow.
Christmas Spritz Cookies
1 1/2 cups butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 egg
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
3 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
Food coloring, optional
Sprinkles
Preheat oven to 375F. Thoroughly cream together butter and sugar. Add egg, milk, vanilla, almond; beat well. Stir together flour and baking powder; gradually add to creamed mixture, mixing to make a smooth dough. Do not chill.
Place dough into cookie press and press cookies on to ungreased cookie sheet. Top with sprinkles or sugar. Bake 9-10 minutes or until lightly browned around edges. Remove cookies from cookie sheet; cool on rack.
Can be made without cookie press, just shape and bake.
Makes 7-8 dozen cookies.

We give You our hearts as an offering...
Softly falling rain, freshly baked gingersnaps to nibble on, and a new favorite Christmas song for inspiration adds up to another Christmas treasury. This afternoon, we derived our collection from the lyrics of Jeremy Camp's "God with Us."

It doesn't show signs of stopping...
Still waiting for some of the white stuff to fall - but that doesn't mean we can't enjoy a little snow-themed window-shopping in the meantime. Today, our inspiration was snowflakes (lots of them), snowcloud blue, and, of course, word art. Enjoy!
